Rice Cutlet in Bell Pepper Sauce

Serves 2-3 Persons
Ingredients
For Rice Cutlet
Cooked Rice 1 1/2 cups
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt Required Amount
Bread Crumbs 4 tbsp
Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil for deep fry.
For Sauce
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 No
Bell Pepper 2 Nos
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt for taste
Water 1 Cup
Method
Rice Cutlet
Grind the cooked rice using a blender.
Make it coarse.
Add chilli powder, pepper powder, salt to it.
In a plate spread the bread crumbs. Make shapes out of rice and roll it in bread crumbs.
Deep fry the rice cutlet in the oil until it is deep brown.

Bell Pepper Sauce
Cut bell pepper vertically to form slits.
Cut onion into square pieces.
In a pan pour oil.
Saute onion to golden brown.
Add bell pepper and saute.
Add the remaining ingredients to it and cook for 4 minutes.
