Serves 2-3 PersonsIngredientsCooked Basmathi Rice with Salt 1 Cup Raw Rice
Ghee or Margarine 4 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Cashewnuts 10
Pepper 10 No. or Pepper powder
Curry Leaves
MethodIn a kadai or pan heat oil in a medium flame.
When oil is heated up add the jeera.
Let it splutter.
Add cashewnuts and pepper to it.
Then add curry leaves to it.
When the cashewnut turns golden brown remove the kadai from flame.
Add this contents to the cooked rice and mix well.
